Job description
Dragonfly is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for its web applications, products & services. This position will contribute across several digital marketing channels and functionalities by working on a campaign and project basis on website management, content marketing, email marketing, social media and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Websites, blogs, content management
- Make content updates to the content on Dragonfly's websites using the CMS, potentially writing HTML code
- Provide assistance and guidance to users of Dragonfly's products & services
- Manage Dragonfly's social media to a limited extent
- Ensure all content posted to the websites adhere to Dragonfly's standards
- Assist in the build, launch and maintenance of the websites
- Email marketing and lead generation.
- Format, optimize, and distribute email marketing campaigns, internal and external, including announcements, thought leadership and newsletters and event invitations
- Update and maintain information in the CRM as it relates to marketing and business development activities
- Perform research and assists with social media projects, as assigned
- Assist in the creation, analysis and interpretation of reports, as requested, using Google Analytics, the CRM, email marketing and social media management platforms
- Put forward recommendations for improvements to the department’s systems, business processes and procedures
- Develops and maintains documentation related to Dragonfly's products & services and role within the company
- Delivers presentations and training, where required
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate concentration in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
- 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience professional services environment preferred
- Experience working with content management systems and email marketing tools
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Professional experience with social media is preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Familiar with analysis, analytical tools, researching and reporting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Not a requirement: Proficiency with Photoshop and/or video editing software
Terms
- Positions available: full-time permanent position
- Part-Time and Students will also be considered
- Hours of work range from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
